Bombay Sapphire is distilled using a vapour infusion method, passing botanical-infused vapour through the spirit rather than steeping it, for a lighter, more delicate gin. Ten hand-selected botanicals from around the world go into every batch. Nose: Juniper, citrus and light florals. Palate: Smooth and balanced, with coriander and a peppery lift. Finish: Clean and crisp.
