Created to honour the year Don Julio González first began distilling tequila, Don Julio 1942 is an añejo aged for a minimum of two and a half years in American white oak barrels. It's one of the most celebrated luxury tequilas in the world, prized for its rich, smooth character. Nose: Cooked agave, oak and vanilla with a hint of caramel. Palate: Silky and full-bodied, dried fruit and butterscotch. Finish: Long and warm with a gentle spice.
